Micro-bubbles existing in liquid are called micro-bubbles when the diameter of the bubbles is 100 μm or less, and nano-bubbles with a diameter of 100 nm or less. Micro-nano bubbles refer to bubbles with diameters ranging from tens of microns to hundreds of nanometers when they occur. These bubbles are between micro-bubbles and nano-bubbles and have physical and chemical properties that conventional bubbles do not have.
The micro-nano bubble generator is mainly composed of two parts: the generating equipment and the releasing equipment, in which the supporting pipelines need to be connected, mainly including the air inlet pipeline, the water inlet pipeline, the water outlet pipeline, and the release equipment. When the gas enters the generating equipment through the intake pipeline, it is fully mixed with the raw water, and then processed by equipment stirring and mixing to generate micro-nano bubbles with a diameter of less than 50 μm, which are then released in the form of aeration through the release equipment.
