In 2019, Qingdao Ozonier introduced nano-bubble technology to refine R&D and application fields for natural water, aquaculture water environment and planting water. In June 2021, aiming at the practicality of nanobubbles in aquaculture, our company and Ocean University of China will conduct rigorous experiments and analysis.

Experiment content:

In this experiment, eight water chemical indicators, sediment and transcriptome sequencing of shrimp ponds using ordinary aerators, fish ponds, and shrimp ponds and fish ponds using nanobubble aerators were carried out for 5 months. measurement and analysis.

Experimental results:

1. The effect on aquaculture water quality

The results show that the nano-bubble aerator has significantly improved the water quality of shrimp ponds and fish ponds. Compared with the ordinary impeller aerator, the nano-bubble aerator of the same power can reasonably control the salinity and temperature of the aquaculture water, and increase the Dissolved oxygen content, hardness, pH and alkalinity, etc., provide a suitable development environment for animals to a large extent. At the same time, compared with ordinary impeller aerators, it improves the oxygenation efficiency and reduces electricity costs. a major breakthrough.

2. Effects on the structure and function of the intestinal microflora of cultured animals

Experiments show that, compared with ordinary turbo aerators, nano-bubble machines can indirectly affect the intestinal flora of fish and shrimp by improving water quality conditions. At the same time, the nanobubble aerator can effectively regulate the intestinal flora of fish and shrimp, increase the content of beneficial bacteria, reduce the content of pathogenic bacteria, and have a certain improvement effect on the structure and immunity of the intestinal flora of fish and shrimp.

3. Effects on the structure and function of microbial flora in aquaculture water

In this experiment, high-throughput sequencing and analysis of the microbial diversity in the water of the shrimp pond using the ordinary aerator and the shrimp pond using the nanobubble aerator were carried out respectively.

The results showed that compared with different aerators, the nanobubble aerator with the same power improved the diversity of bacteria in water. It indicated that the nanobubble aerator changed the microbial community structure and the relative abundance of microbial flora in the water body.

4. Influence on the structure and function of the microbial flora in the water body sediment

The diversity and community structure of pond sediment microorganisms can reflect the basic situation of aquaculture pond ecosystem to a certain extent. Maintaining the diversity of the microbial community in the sediments of aquaculture ponds and the diversity of ecological processes driven by them is the basis for the survival of aquaculture production. Shannon index and Simpson index showed that the treatment of nanobubble machine was beneficial to improve bacterial community diversity.
